We aim to provide high-quality skincare products. Due to hygiene standards, certain items cannot be returned.
2. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- You notify us within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
3. CPA Cooling-Off Right
Where applicable, you may cancel certain online purchases within 5 business days, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used skincare products
- Hygiene-sensitive items
- Services or treatments already provided
- Sale or promotional items (unless defective)
5. Return Process
To request a return:

- Include your order number and reason
- Provide photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
6. Refunds
- Refunds are processed after inspection of returned items
- Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method
- Refunds for purchases made using installment payment options will be processed through the payment provider and adjusted accordingly
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect, subject to stock availability.
8. Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
9. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 24hours
- Provide photographic proof
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
10. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before dispatch
- Once shipped, the return process applies
