Shipping policy

At Beauty from Seoul we want to get your items to you as soon as possible, so we undertake to dispatch all orders as soon as full payment is received. If your payment reflects immediately, your order will be shipped immediately (Monday-Friday). 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Daily cut off time is 1pm, and orders placed after that time will only be handed over to the courier the following day.

* Due to the couriers not operating on weekends, orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday or on a Friday, will only delivered the following week.

* Orders placed on public holidays will only be handed over the next business day

ORDER ERRORS:

If you have made an error on your order, please contact us immediately via whatasapp or email so that we can assist you in fixing the error before your order ships. Unfortunately, once the order has shipped, we cannot make any modifications.
